The project includes 100,000 m2 standard workshops, 180,000 m2 housing buildings (residential houses, commercial & associated buildings, underground garage, kindergarten and the utilities such as road, yard and landscaping within the estate.), 100,000 m2 digital port, 88,000m2 river side shopping street combining shopping, catering, leisure and amusement together, 32,000 m2 chemical equipment warehouse, 40,000 m2 farmer's market and small commodity market, 22,000 m2 research center of environmental protection, science and technology, 57,000 m2 tourist & food processing park, new town roads and traffic facilities, urban pipeline galleries and infrastructure, town landscaping work, new town lighting system, fishery port road landscaping, river regulation in area of 20km2 involving pollutant source siltation, river course ecology and landscape along the river.
