The project consists of such four works as park construction, municipal engineering, hydraulic engineering and architectural works. Among them, the park construction includes the lake excavation of Nanhai Park as a core in area of about 1200 acres, landscaping works, municipal engineering, road pavement, logo arrangement, lake water treatment and ecological improvement. The planning of municipal engineering occupies the area of about 2.5 km2. The hydraulic engineering includes the pumping station for  water-intake of Nanhai Park, the supporting gate station, the water-intake pipeline of Tongyu River and the reconstruction of water supply & drainage system for Nanhai future City. The architectural works includes the planning center of Nanhai Future City, the construction of high school affiliated to China Normal University in area of about 100,000 m2, the space under Binhu business district south to Nanhai Park in area of about 342,000 ㎡, the commercial housing of Nanhai Park and other ancillary facilities.
