CCCC First Harbour Consultants Company Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company. In the 60 years since it was founded in 1958, the company has developed into a major force in China's infrastructure construction, with its business scope covers transportation, marine works, petrochemical, power, military works, architecture, building and etc. It has been listed in China's top one hundred survey and design entities for many years in a row.

In the last six decades, the company has accomplished more than 4000 items of survey and design works, leaving footprints of works all over the world. The company has created more than 100 China's first, having 27 records of Chinese enterprises, registered 91 national patents, and won 370 prizes.
