GENERAL CONTRACTING OF EPC PROJECTS

Founded in 1958, CCCC First Harbor Consultants Company Ltd (also known as FHC) has developed into a large survey and design enterprise that is specialized in port engineering, across-fields and multiple-functioned, with powerful capability to undertake EPC projects. Standing firmly on its traditional ground of maritime works, FHC has extended its activities into other fields of infrastructures such as energy and power, environment protection and hydraulic works, and urban development. The engineering disciplines involved in the works include port general layout, hydrology and meteorology, maritime structures, landside ground preparation, geotechnical work, handling equipment, petroleum oil storage and transfer structures, civil works, water supply and drainage, fire fighting, heat supply, ventilation, environment protection, power supply and lighting, communication and control etc. The input staff include project manager, project chief engineer, design manager, construction manager, procurement manager, control manager, quality manager, safety manager, contract manager, costing manager, finance manager, coordination manager and etc. FHC devotes itself to the integrated technical and management service to cover the entire process of a project, starting from consultancy through bidding, design, procurement to construction, which have been highly appreciated and accepted by the Owner.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Ltd. was founded in 1996, and was qualified by the Ministry of Transport in 1996 as Class A Supervisory Company in the field of port engineering, certified by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China (MOHURD) in 2013 as Class B Supervisory Entity in the field of port and channel engineering, in 2016 as Class B Supervisory Entity in the field of housing construction and urban public works. Through continued development in nearly three decades, the company has grown into a leading enterprise in the field China's port engineering supervision.
