The 300,000 DWT dry dock in Malta was constructed in a project under the aid from China to Malta. The dry dock is 360m long, 62m wide and 10.3m deep. The dry dock is provided with a pneumatic flap gate that weighs 970t. The ship repair wharf, in length of 450m, is of the structure of concrete hollow blocks.
