Phase 3 Project includes construction of four coal berths for ships up to 50,000 dwt in total berth line length of 1200m and with total ship loading capacity of 50 mtpa, approach bridge and harbor basin dredging.  Phase 4 Project includes dredging, ground improvement, maritime structures, overpasses, silos, car dumper vault and shed, wind shield for coal yard, navigation aids, waste water treatment plant, and other environment protection works.
